Correct address file formats
Campus mail
Addresses should be in a spreadsheet with the information as follows:
- Column 1 contains the recipient's first and last name.
- The next column contains his or her title (optional).
- The next column contains the department.
- The next column contains the room number.
- The next column contains the building.
Off-campus mail
Addresses should be in a spreadsheet with the information as follows:
- Column 1 contains the recipient's first and last name.
- The next column contains his or her title (optional).
- The next column contains the name of the company.
- The next column contains the campus address (optional).
- The next column contains the street address.
- The next column contains the city.
- The next column contains the state.
- The next column contains the nine-digit zip code.
